We arrived at 9pm, which may account for the water only being warm instead of hot. Sadly toilet wouldn’t flush( I let reception know in the morning and they advised they had a plummer on it. In the evening we ate in the Ponzu Pods which was lovely. The food was really nice. the staff at the hotel were friendly and great with the kids. When we first checked into our room there were not enough beds made up but this was quickly rectified. considering how busy it was, it didn’t have too much of an effect on service. Overall a fairly comfortable stay.
