You could not fault this hotel for location, cleanliness, staff, food, comfort, facilities. The ONLY thing that the hotel didn't have was parking, but as it is so close to the station, and to the town, a car was completely superfluous in order to enjoy Darlington.

Clean, nice size room. Bed was really comfortable which we never normally find so we were very happy. The pillows a little lumpy but nothing awful.
