For a studio room the space was remarkable for me and my 3 kids , there was plenty room to move around ,the kitchen equipment was really great , the room was sparkling when we walked in , overall its very family friendly which we love , the location too is perfect for Heathrow which was are plan. Thank you to the lovely host leaving treats for the kids we will be back when back from holiday.

room was a good size,tea and coffee plentiful,staff were really friendly and room was very clean. the price was was reasonable and even though a bit further out than ideal would definately use again.

Friendly and welcoming. The upgrade to junior suite was very kind and unexpected. Shame my wife wasn’t with me this time. She would have loved it. Great space, very comfortable and clean with all the facilities.
