Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
Room was very clean and all the basics you'd expect.
Unfortunately I had to leave before they started serving breakfast but all in all a good stay and good value especially given it was a bank holiday weekend

The cottage is not in East Ord, but a small community called Scremerston. It’s on a quiet road just off the A1, with lots of good walks for the dogs.
There is an excellent cafe a short walk up the road , which does reasonable priced full breakfast. ie bacon butty £3.20, plus fantastic cakes.
All places of interest are within a short driving distance. Really a very nice quiet area to stay.
