Very clean - excellent facilities (especially in bedroom) - Central Location - 5 min walk to sea front and all local amenities- set in a quiet neighbourhood ( no noise ) - reasonably priced restaurant with good menu. Staff very helpful and kind. Adequate car parking.

For golfing, a perfect location. An older building but very comfortable. Coffee, tea, water and cookies in the room was a nice feature. Parking on the street was easy but things were very narrow with the traffic. The noise from the traffic was much less at night. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. Excellent food in their restaurant where I was on four evenings. A very generous breakfast taken to order.

3rd stay in Gullane love the location beach is amazing, plenty shops to stock up if self catering. Chip shop is amazing and had meal at Bonnie Badger can’t recommend enough, Grace of India in Aberlady didn’t disappoint with our curry night, you get what you pay for with them all not the cheapest but definitely the best we’ve had. Close to plenty of places to visit, Archerfield Walled Garden well worth the walk or drive, our first time. Gullane is close to small railway stations for ease of visiting Edinburgh and North Berwick, buses also on high street. Golfers paradise but we don’t golf but still perfect either way. So plenty walks, great food, doorstep shops and cafes, public transport if needed whats not to likeAngela - 10Scored 10

We were there for golf, which was excellent. Nice food and drink at The old Clubhouse and Italian. Goose on the green and Cherish for coffee & cakes. A trip into North Berwick which has lovely individual shops.

It’s super modern, light and airy in white, greys and yellows with lovely high ceilings. It’s cleaned to a very high standard with all that we needed for our two-night stay. Only a 40 min drive into Edinburgh, as well as so many surrounding golf courses! Grateful for the parking space too - all was easy to find with the pre-arrival email by Graham.

Only 10 mins walk from the hotel to a gorgeous sandy beach, and Gullane has a charming main street. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was amazing, and we used the main bar and the outside garden area and loved the service given and choice of food and drinks in both. There are several places to eat within easy walking distance and some nice shops in the village. We were in the area to play golf but there are lots of other things to do nearby if golf isn’t your thing. The secure garden was an unexpected bonus especially on sunny days.
