Breakfast was good allbeit that the choice was somewhat the same choice each day. I did not request, boiled or eggs as omelletes so I do not know whether they could have been added as an alternative. Evening meals were good and well prepared.
The staff were excellent and worked hard to ensure the holiday was enjoyable.

The garden was extraordinary, beautifully tended and brimming with flowers. The food was excellent. The original room we were shown to was far too small, but when we asked for a different room we were shown to one which was bigger, and it had a view of the garden.

Very comfortable and relaxed few days. Looked forward to our cooked breakfasts and could choose exactly what we wanted. Host was very friendly and approachable for anything we required. Property very good location for walking to iron bridge and all the attractions and some lovely eaterys nearby.

Give yourself a good few hours to visit Jackfield Tile...
Give yourself a good few hours to visit Jackfield Tile Museum, it is a real treat. Lots to see in the museum. A church to visit (we didn't have time as we didn't arrive until later in the afternoon) where you could have seen the Tiling used. We had food at The White Heart and The Malthouse, both were great. But The Malthouse called last orders at 8.00pm on Sunday. Signage is easy when you know but can be confusing at first. Always loved Iron Bridge.Plenty to do and loads of places to see All within 1 to 3 miles. Go to the George Museum and by a museum multi pass, you save a lot especially with family pass. There are seven museum sites . Coalport, Blisthill, Tile museum are top ove my list. Much more to see. Great river and country walks.plenty pubs and Good restaurants. Always something going on.

We did not access the property. We knew there was no point .
We did not access the property. We knew there was no point . We had to find alternative accommodation at huge cost and inconvenience. The property was up a steep narrow road, unsuitable for people with mobility issues to walk. There was no reference to this on booking.com website. The car park was situated more than a 5 minute walk away at the bottom and over the road. This was impossible for elderly and disabled to walk to and from. Taking the car up and down would have caused stress as the road does not allow for 2 cars to pass. None of this was explained in the information. Our break was ruined because of serious omissions

So much to see in just a few square miles - the people are...
So much to see in just a few square miles - the people are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If visiting the attractions for a holiday of a few days or more, get a Pass Plus ticket to enable a year of visiting all of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage sites, with free parking at the museum sites at Blists Hill, Coalport, Jackfield and Coalbrookdale, together with reductions in the museum retail outlets and cafes. Visited twice in the past year from Manchester, once in September and again in February. Plenty of good pubs, cafes and places to eat and drink in Ironbridge too, making for a fantastic short break!RayUnited Kingdom

The room was spotless and no detail had been overlooked. Jules the owner gave us a lovely warm welcome and even provided us with hone made cake in our room to have with a cup of tea. Breakfast was gorgeous - really well cooked, fresh fruits and homemade jams. We can’t fault our stay. The owner is planning to convert the house and outhouse into self catering accommodation in the future. We will definitely be back with our family to stay when she does!

Very pleasant short walk ,some of the pubs are a bit expensive so it pays to shop around! We had a lovely midweek roast in the Tortine hotel was lush.

The location in Ironbridge is great if you're there for a holiday and for the evenings (although see the comment regarding the high road noise), and not too bad to get into Telford each morning as we had to.

The Eliot Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the super king sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and delicious and the nearby parking was free with a permit provided by the hosts.
