My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great space for night life, cafes and restaurants - people mostly are passive aggressive customer service is really bad overall in most shops / establishments i visited. Example Timpson's and The community chairty furniture shop, they were so rude and so were the hosts in restaurants. The setting of the hotel was lovely.
The setting of the hotel was lovely. It was also in a good location to access other local towns. Letchworth Town centre is lovely. Plenty of eateries, so many choices. Friendly locals. Great charity shops and plenty of them.

Amazing location, staff and facilities.
Amazing location, staff and facilities. The late checkout was really appreciated as I didn't have to be at work until the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was well stocked, with plenty of choice. Would happily stay again

This is an old and scruffy hotel.
This is an old and scruffy hotel. The staff are not trained and are rude and unhelpful. This hotel needs a professional manager to instil some discipline and training. I'm not surprised that we got a room when all the other hotels and pubs in the area were booked.Graves

Tea and Coffee making facilities were provided as well as a TV. The bathroom had a bath and a shower which made a change. The breakfast options were all very good, the cooked breakfast was very nice, I particularly enjoyed the Sausage. Coffee, Tea and a selection of fresh fruit juices were available. The bar had two Real Ales in good condition and the Sunday Carvery was very tasty. All of the staff were very helpful too.

The opening hours are also long, enabling even an early morning swim too.. The welcome was good, the old part of the hotel is charming. A nice terrace to sit & have a drink + picnic benches.
