Some of the reviews said it was a little small but I’m not sure what people expect with a shepherd’s hut. It was lovely and great for our family of 4. There was a little radiator we put on at night and the hut warmed up quickly. We had a great stay and the owner was really helpful.

Traditional country house accomodation.....in peaceful setting. Attentive staff. Lovely rooms ..We stayed in "Idris" . Breakfast service superb. Had an evening meal in Lounge which was also very good. If you're looking to stay in this beautiful area and want something a bit more special would recommend. 10/10

Cadair Cottage was spacious, clean, and, for the most part, well-provisioned. Location was quiet yet central to the hikes in Snowdonia National Park and close to the coast and beaches. The location was out of town with walks available without driving yet close enough to Dolgelleu for shopping and other amenities.

Beautiful peaceful farm in gorgeous area, with a lovely short walk through woods alongside the river to the stunning Mawddach trail. Barmouth Dolgellau and Aberdovey within easy reach. We stayed in the Mill House which was spacious, clean and comfortable, our hosts especially Rich were very pleasant and helpful.
