Nice town with plenty of eating establishments and good range of shops. Parking is at a premium however. We went to Mogal Indian restaurant in "The Rushes" absolutely fabulous so we went back the following evening.

lovely village of Quorn great pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes walk of hotel 15 mins from space centre well worth a visit and steam railway close by for day trips The Monk in Quorn very nice restaurant. Meal at hotel was excellent staff very helpful.

My son goes to Loughborough college and loves it. To be honest I wouldn't go to Loughborough on holiday but its a nice town. If you like a drink check out Moonface brewery. The market in the town is on twice a week and is nice.KeithUnited Kingdom

I would highly recommend the peacock inn to stay as it’s quiet affordable and very comfortable, the shared shower was spotless and the room was really cozy and warm. I was nervous travelling here on my own to see Loughborough but knowing that you have a safe place to return at the end of the day was a relief to the mind, a lovely town and also a lovely place to visit and stay.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the whole place, including our room and ensuite was beautiful, very comfortable and spotless throughout. The breakfast was wonderful and very delicious. It is also in an ideal location, not far from the town centre, which was ideal for us. We will definitely stay again, next time that I have to stay over in Loughborough, this is the best place I have stayed in, and I have been going to Loughborough for many years.

The gardens were lovely and very large . The mattress on the bed was one of the most comfortable that we have had in a hotel . The staff were very helpful especially the receptionist.
