The hosts were amazing, friendly and helpful, the whole place was spotless and very clean, the room was very roomy and shower and toilet and basin facilities were great, nice comfy bed with TV and coffee making facilities in room and the best breakfast you could ever dream of in the mornings.

The staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, but perhaps a little tired, in our room. The tea/coffee area was OK, but sadly, no biscuits, which are handy when peckish... Beautiful sea view - which is what we went for - and 100% recommend you book if that's what you're after👌
Breakfast was fine, everything presented clean, plenty of choice, and the cooked food didn't look like it was in a war zone, as in some hotels, but we did stay in May which is quieter than some other months. Staff on hand to top up if it was needed.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for RnR by the sea, and we definitely recommend you consider the Best Western Exmouth Beach Hotel.

Luton is a small village with an excellent pub-The Elizabethan- that provides food of a very high quality. You need a car and the surrounding roads are narrow but the main resorts are only a few miles away. Very picturesque and peaceful Highly recommended .

We really enjoyed our stay at Scrumpy Barn in Hayes Farm Mews in Luton, Devon. Everything is finished to a very high standard inside the cottage and it was beautifully clean. The owners are very welcoming.
