The room was clean, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the fact that as "a woman of a certain age", I could control the room temperature and turn it right down. I was also impressed by the shower, the controls were on a different wall entirely to the shower which means you don't get wet when turning it on!
The staff were really helpful and understanding. I was staying with my little boy before attending an Assessment Day at the Caudwell Children's Centre.

We liked the modern facilities with the possibility to use the spa and see the old hall and its grounds. We were attending a friend's wedding in Crewe / Sandbach and the location was excellent for my best man duties

Don't let the outside pebble dash at the back fool you! What a lovely place to stay! Welcoming hosts, a clean, bright, big room & a lovely pub below. .
Most comfy bed I've slept in for a long time, even down to perfect duvet & pillows in lovely white cotton.
Everything's great, coffee, tea & even a fridge with milk! Not left wanting anything, decent bathroom & great strong shower too.

A very comfortable stay in a house full of history.
A very comfortable stay in a house full of history. The breakfast was superb. Our room had a lovely view of the garden and the bed was really comfortable. The hosts really had thought of everything and the room was appointed with everything you could possibly need. There was even a decanter of sherry in our room. A real gem!

What a lovely friendly place to stay.
What a lovely friendly place to stay.
Everyone we met said “Good morning!” with a smile.
The walk around the village was interesting; the map at the Old Hall had been a useful source of information for walking
The welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness of the room and facilities. The hotel was beautifully decorated for christmas. The little touches such as the sherry and chocolates in the room. A very good selection at breakfast. We would definitely come back to visit again.
