Great location in the centre of Yeovil. The staff were all really friendly, room was huge and beds comfortable. The beef ciabatta at lunch was the best sandwich I've ever had!
Breakfast excellent fresh cooked plenty of it. Staff friendly will go out of way to help. No good if u need lift for 1st or second floor. Quiet at night.
Pillows to soft for us. Otherwise lovely stay. Quaint.

Martock is a quiant town with not a lot going on, in fact the White Hart is probably the most lively place there but it is lovely if you want a quiet getaway. It is also about 3 miles away from the golf club and the Deveonshire Arms which, for me, was where a wedding was being held. This made the White Hart perfect for my trip.
We had a meal in the White Hart which was lovely and the rest of the food we ate was at the Devonshire Arms and the golf club, I would reccomend Martock to anyone

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful
Food great and room very comfortable
The village of Martock was picturesque, locals friendly, church amazing, and we were the only tourists around enjoying a non tourist village
A large room with a big double bed and a comfortable stylish sofa. A big screen TV with smart facility, a well-stocked, reasonably priced mini-bar, iron and ironing board, plus direct access to your own outside patio table and chairs. The bathroom was luxurious with quality toiletries. First class breakfast. Ample parking. The staff were friendly and helpful without fail. The hotel is far enough from the main road to be quiet yet close enough for easy access to Yeovil and the facilities there. Will definitely stay here again.
FAB COTTAGES we booked 2 as a family 9 adults 3 children interconnecting garden gate no 9/10....struggled a bit with oven all very modern ...Was a 30min walk into Martock village lovely park there and skate park.stopped for drink and food on way back in Rose and Crown nice pub grub and drink.20 mins in car from Crewkerne.Hollies Hotel really nice inside and out and receptionist was very nice as we're the cleaners
Excellent hotel. Nice big room with a comfortable bed, all the extras like tea/coffee, minibar, ironing board etc etc. Friendly chatty staff, good food, couldn't fault it really. Handy for Yeovil whilst being nice and quiet. I get around a fair bit for work and a nice hotel is a blessed relief at the end of a 4 hour drive!
Had to change my booking and the team were so very helpful and understanding. The cottage we stayed was lovely. It was very clean with comfortable beds. It also had amazing light effects in the kitchen and main room. Great food in the restaurant. Lovely hotel with excellent staff. We will return for a longer stay.
A really nice hotel. A warm welcome with all staff very friendly. We had dinner one evening while we were there …. it was lovely. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. A choice of continental breakfast or full English breakfast. We chose full English which was very tasty.
A lovely hotel , beautifully and tastefully renovated inside , creating a very warm and comfortable restaurant and bar , my room was very nice , good size and nice views , bed comfortable , this is a perfect location if golfing at Onneley Golf Club
Unbelievable value for money, I will be back here whenever I stay in Somerset. Everything taken care of that you might need, plenty you wouldn't even find in £200+ hotel rooms. On my low budget I felt spoiled and looked after. Can't wait to return.
Breakfast was lovely. Staff very welcoming and friendly, nothing too much trouble. We stayed 2 nights as we was attending a wedding in martock. It was within walking distance from the church.
Such a warm welcome each time you visit this charming hotel. Family owned and the team here are so friendly and very efficient.
Great location for exploring the area too.
