Friendly and welcoming. The upgrade to junior suite was very kind and unexpected. Shame my wife wasn’t with me this time. She would have loved it. Great space, very comfortable and clean with all the facilities.

Breakfast cereals, biscuits, tea, were just right, though I could not have breakfast as I do not drink milk. Room with ensuite shower room was clean, comfortable and modern. Location excellent with many amenities very close by, excellent fish + chips shop, restaurants + the friendly pub on the premises. Bus stop a few minutes walk with easy access to Enfield Town shopping area etc. I was pleasantly surprised that though the premises is on a main road, it was very quiet with the accommodation upstairs and at the back of the building. Perfect me as I'm a light sleeper, easily woken.

The location was very good for me - near good tube and bus links. The room was very clean, the mattress very comfortable and the microwave and fridge in the room were very good When I eventually got to see someone there he was very obliging.
