Surrounded by beautiful scenery and views. Extremely peaceful and full of character. The couple running it are Lovey, down to earth, friendly and hard working people. Food was really tasty too! Had the best stay! Definitely coming back in the future :D

All that being said, I can only repeat what others have said here—comfortable, clean, spacious rooming. Ample, delicious breakfast, and a personable greeting and care. What exceeds even these superlatives is the invaluable insights you gave on the BEST gateway to experience Hergest Ridge. Yes! I found the Whetstone AND the Monkey Puzzle trees, both of which are havens of peace and direct portals to Otherworld. This is a very old but beautifully maintained and comfortable farmhouse, full of beautiful furniture, china, silver etc. We loved the ambience as it reflected an earlier more genteel era. It is set in a peaceful rural setting where the rest of the world is a million miles away.
Our hostess was charming, informative and looked after us very well.

Charming little village ideally placed for visits to this part of Wales. Sadly, the Radnor Arms is now closed (August 19) but the local shop, Esco, is still hanging on. There is also a community hub which is worth exploring.
