Building and grounds are beautiful. Plenty of serving points, i.e. bars and plenty of seating in the grounds. The room was very warm and the Dyson Fan was a bonus. The bed and bedding clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Dinner was very good but pricy, the staff are friendly and relaxed and courteous.

Upgraded to a larger room for absolutely no reason! Staff were very friendly, professional and polite. The large room was beautiful (looks recently refurbished) the only complaint would be the damp musty smell in the bathroom and the creaky floors. The bed was super comfy.
