Very clean, felt spacious for two of us and dog very welcome. Very well kitted out. Although we could have picked up the key the host met us.

Finding the location of the property was stressful. I would go around and around in circles because the property was situated on a one way system and not sign posted. Outside the property was a huge sign advertising holiday properties to buy which seemed very odd. 5 minutes allowed for unloading!!! Was another sign. I located the keys to my cabin in the back yard of the house. Although it seemed comfortable enough it was very hot with no access to a fan in the room. The toilet facilities were in a separate pod which had not been described on booking.com. Private toilet was mentioned only. I was not comfortable staying in someone’s back yard having to go outside for toilet facilities during the night on my own. I made the decision not to stay at the accommodation because it felt uncomfortable.

The house was in a perfect location for our visit to the Eden project. We took my family, including 2 little granddaughters and it was the perfect family house.

Situated in the centre of St. Austell, White Hart Hotel features a traditional restaurant and lively bar. The Rail Station is 5 minutes’ walk away and there is free private parking.

Beautiful property with absolutely gorgeous and well maintained gardens. We were warmly greeted by staff and check in was so smooth and speedy. Enthusiastic conversations and recommendations on places to visit. We were given a tour of property, its facilities and it is STUNNING. So peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious and luxurious with unexpected treats like home-cooked cookies and refreshments/hot beverages. Huge bathroom with robes and towels for the pool. The pool had a great temperature and a wonderful morning exercise. We booked to eat in the restaurant and the service was exemplary and the food was so fresh and cooked to order. We slept soundly and comfortably and we were gifted breakfast muffins which were hung outside our room. Breakfast was a continuation of fresh ingredients with a great variety. Our stay may have been short but we thoroughly enjoyed time spent and will definitely return in future.

In a wooded valley 10 minutes’ walk from St Austell town, The Waterwheel Inn is surrounded by 1.5 acres of grounds.

Special location, staff, atmosphere, food, room and views. Get off the little passenger ferry and take a few steps to the King Of Prussia and walk straight into the beautiful bar restaurant area. A wonderful experience, highly recommended!
