The breakfast was amazing and set us up for the day. Nigel gave us a few tunes on the accordion.
Thoroughly recommend this location.

Lovely and welcoming staff, clean and hospitable, stylish decor and warm vibe to the whole hotel. Room was really lifted out with everything you could need, including a plug in fan which was incredible being 8 months pregnant! Comfy bed and really well decorated bathroom too.

The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. The location was brilliant, especially if going to Hall for Cornwall. Private parking available. Very quick and easy check in and out process. The bed was massive and extremely comfy. The shower pressure was perfect.

Excellent Victorian Town house in a good location being about 10 minute walk to Truro town centre and with a number of good restaurants nearby on the walk into town. We particularly recommend the Thomas Daniel, which is only a few minutes walk down from Townhouse rooms. Very clean throughout with good off-road parking. Friendly and welcoming hosts and with the added bonus of a well stocked breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, milk, tea and coffee, yoghurts, etc.; this being despite being told by Booking.com that there was "no food option" with our booking at Townhouse Rooms. We also had the good fortune to have dry, sunny weather during our short stay.
Providing a garden, Lynwood House Bed and Breakfast provides accommodation in Tregoney. Complimentary WiFi is available as well as secure parking.

Probus itself is a small village, but it does have shops and the pub/restaurant is very good for evening meals.
It has two advantages in that it has been bypassed by the main road which makes it quiet with only local traffic passing through and it is in central Cornwall. As a result it is only fifteen or so miles from both the North and South coasts.

The cotage was situated around the corner from our relatives so it was wonderful for us. There's a chippy, plus posh eats, Chinese shop plus a farm shop and Indian restaurant, along with a little market shop. What more could you want?
I can’t recommend Grace cottage highly enough, although I would really want to keep it as a secret and not make it too much popular among Cornwall’s travelers :-)
What makes the stay here so special is not only the Cottage itself but also the location overlooking St Probus Church and the Nick, who’s the nicest and most thoughtful host.
I will definitely be back and make sure to spend at least 3 nights here, as we enjoyed so much the sense of peace and joy of this house. it is truly a gem.
Nigel was a very welcoming and gracious host, his cooked breakfast is amazing! Probus is in a central location in Cornwall so if you have a car you can easily go to St.Austell, Newquay and all the wonderful small towns around (20-30 minutes drive max). I would very much recommend, we will stay here again whenever we're back in Cornwall!
