Very friendly welcome, clean room. Well laid out, comfortable bed. Good location. Many additions in the room, coffee machine, toiletries and straighteners a bonus. Lovely walled garden. The nearby hamlet Rolvenden Layne has a great pub called the Ewe and Lamb which is well worth a visit although booking a table is advisable.
All the surrounding area is worth walking around.
