Really nice and clean. Definitely stay here if you’re looking for a nice apartment in Rotherham. Right in the heart of Rotherham. The host was lovely, and very communicative. We were a bit apprehensive to book as there was not many reviews but we will definitely be back in the future.
Small English town, nearby Sheffield. It's a good place to visit if you wish to see how real people in England live. It's nothing like the big cities. However it's not a place I would stay for more than 1 night...Few hours stop at most.

I stayed in the centre.
I stayed in the centre. Driving in the outer areas had nice three bedroom semi-detached houses type properties. In the centre more terraced houses.
Lots of shops, quite a lot of retail park area in the centre.
An Aldi next to an Asda, a large Tesco Extra a mile away. A McDonald's restaurant with drive through, a Burger King, a bridge where underneath you see River Don with swans if you are fortunate.
Some parts a bit dull, few less nice houses amongst some terraced houses.
A nice mosque in the central area.
Petrol seems a lot cheaper in central areas where they compete with supermarkets than outer areas like Rawmarsh where they have less competition.
Town has population of around 260,000.

We didn’t stay and asked for a refund but they wouldn’t give me our money back.

Well did not go sight seeing, needed some where over two...
Well did not go sight seeing, needed some where over two nights, due to Darts competition at the Magna centre. But due to the so called studio apartment upset me and the wife, and found a travel-lodge in Sheffield instead.
Free and ample onsite parking, pleasant staff and most importantly the room and bedding was clean. An ample sized room with more than adequate cupboard space and good sized bed. For an overnight stay in relative close proximity to Meadowhall by car - the price was 1/4 of what we paid the week before at a P-inn in Sheffield. This hotel stay provided a clean room at an exceptional value for money considering the cost of other hotels in a 5-mile radius of Meadowhall, to many overnight visitors this would be an excellent basic overnight stay!
Claims its boutique but it's not really it's just got a silver bed with some tacky plastic buttons on the basic and no option for breakfast another claim there is a restaurant they're not open and the place to seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers I just like to play the music loud, Rotherham it's a sad town with a dead city center and it's gonna take a lot more than this hotel is to rise above what is currently going on with ever stay there again it was a gamble
I miss my coach from London Victoria and I tried to reach the hotel but no one was there to answer call for the whole night and in the morning I called Booking.com to arrange with them maybe I can still use my payment but they are not reachable.
On arrival to the hotel next day I show them all my call and in order to be able to use my down payment but they totally refuse they said the money as gone you have to rebook another one
Second time to stay here, clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Definitely need transport due to location but it suited our needs as there was plenty of parking and quiet. Didn't use the gym this time but did last time & it was good enough. Staff are friendly if a bit understaffed at times. Overall I'd recommend it if you are not bothered staying outside Sheffield city centre. I would stay here again.
The room was a fair price. It was a good size and modern. Staff were welcoming enough. However, people were lingering outside the hotel smoking drugs and sleeping rough. Some of those people were also staying in the hotel. The people of the area looked like the walking dead. Maybe that's just what it's like in Rotherham and the hotel cannot really be to blame.
Very friendly atmosphere, nice staff and very clean and comfortable room . We ate in the pub, the food was very good. The pub was accommodating of young children, we travelled to Sheffield for a cheerleading competition nearby and we had 3 lively girls who wanted to practice whilst we dined! We would definitely recommend and return.
Nice to have a pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi at the hotel. Hours were quite flexible as well, and no restrictions on children timings which we appreciated.
Buffet breakfast was good, and children were well catered for both in terms of food and a play area/small tables in the restaurant.
Very cosy boutique hide away hotel, bar had reasonable drinks prices and car parking locked up at night. Centre of town location was good. Room was small my adequate. Staff very well presented and helpful
I've stayed here a few times now. It's a no frills, clean, fresh smelling hotel, as a solo traveller its perfect for visiting family in Rotherham, Barnsley and Sheffield.
