A nice little village.
A nice little village. It has a fish and chip shop (tasty food and not greasy), a pub (not used by me) little shop (not used by me). Plenty places to visit, Blickling Hall and gardens, Felbrig hall and gardens. Cromer, Sheringham is not far away as is Mundesly. On the edge of Cromer is a delightful restaurant, Gibson's delicious food and reasonably priced too.Brenda - 8.0Scored 8.0
Lovely area and in a great location to get to a variety of...
Lovely area and in a great location to get to a variety of places the shire horse sanctuary was an amazing place to visit and Cromer was 5 minute drive and a lovely seaside resort with lots of things to see and do. The local pub did lovely homemade food and the local garage was well stocked too. The grounds of the property was amazing and very peaceful which surprised us with the main road not far away but once you were inside the property u couldn’t hear it, there was also a bbq outside the property if needed which thought was a nice touch for the summer months. There was plenty of toilet roll at the property too which is unusual as most properties only supply half a roll at the best. The night we visited the pub we didn't get the best reception from the member of staff behind the bar , hopefully they were just having an off night , but we didn't go back to findout !! A small village, but everything you need for a short stay,...
A small village, but everything you need for a short stay, with a nice park to walk in close by. We ate fish and chips in Cromer. We also had a lovely trip to Felbrigg Hall (NT) very close by the property. Also we drove east to Mundesley on the coast and spent time walking on the cliffs which have great views over the sea.Hot totrotUnited Kingdom
