A little gem of a hotel and good value for the money. We stayed in room 12 . The bed was comfortable and good pressure in the shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Based on our 2 night stay, we will be back in the near future.

The staff were brilliant smiley and friendly Thanks Sarah. The rooms were stylish and scrupulously clean , think that’s down to Rae. Breakfast great and very big . Plus you can choose other items if you don’t want big breakfast.

Exceptional service. Met with a smile, taken to room. Swift check-in. The room/suite is beautiful, well decorated, cosy (but not in a small way). Comfortable bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Bonus was the beautiful china breakfast cups (beats horrid clunky mugs any day)! I cannot recommend this place enough, it was also right in the centre of Ilkley. We would definitely stay again - great value. Finally I left a nearly full bottle of perfume, I messaged to see if I could return to collect. They replied swiftly and offered to return free of charge - how amazing is this. Not only that they had found a gold charm that had fallen off my bracelet and sent this in the package too.

Very strange room in the attic , quite sparsely furnished yet more drawer space than other hotels I have stayed at. Cheap looking MFI wardrobe as you walked into the room , would benefit from something fitted in the space.
