The property was brilliant. From the welcome at reception on arrival to leaving, we had a great time. It was a hot weekend and we spent a few hours in the beer garden relaxing. The room was very comfortable and had tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was very spacious with a good quality bath tub and efficient shower. The towels were good quality and everything was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was, there was not hand rail for getting in and out of the shower . The food was excellent.

Such a caraterist historical little village, with an enchanting and peaceful feeling. Every corner, and every building, is so picturesque and deserving photos. Our main meals were at the Stow Lodge Hotel, food quality superb and good value for money. Loved the antique shops and local cafes.

Pretty little Cotswold town with lovely honey coloured stone everywhere.
There is free parking at the local Tesco supermarket, five minutes walk from the town. The town square has is very spacious and also has parking.
If you like coffee and beer, you are in for a treat. There is an abundance of tea and coffee rooms as lots of decent pubs, including the Porch Inn which claims to be England's oldest.
The townhall is worth a visit as it has a very elaborate upstairs hall.
Make sure you get a photo of yourself stood by the two Yew trees that grow at the front door to St Edwards Church - very iconic.
Lots of National Trust properties nearby too.

Lovely market town, with some great gastro pubs.
Especially the Queens Head pub at the end of the square. Landlady Anna and the bar staff Eva really looked after us and we had a great dinner there.
Another tip is the famous Scott’s of Stow kitchen shop and their outlet store full of bargains upstairs.

The location of the hotel in Stow on the Wold was perfect for visiting local areas. The Marketplace was lovely with great little shops and restaurants, especially the Sheep.
We ate at the Stag on our first evening and the food was very good, and a great selection of choices for breakfast too.
Lots of beautiful villages only a few miles away.
The staff were very good and very polite and would do anything for you.
The breakfast was exceptional. Best high end breakfast food in the area. Everything was fresh and prepared beautifully. You could tell the staff cared deeply about the food and it's presentation. The room was more spacious than we expected, and the decor gave a classic feel that fit the village, but with a modern twist. We felt well taken care of and very safe at this hotel.
The friendly owners. Breakfast was amazing! The sourdough pancakes are a MUST. Really good location to get to the surrounding Cotswolds villages but tranquil and pretty on the farm. The room was lovely and really appreciated the little touches ie using nice mugs and the cookies in the room. We only went for a weekend but could happily have stayed longer!
The Unicorn apartments are in a great location for Stow on the Wold's shops, pubs and restaurants, and the surrounding countryside for walking. The "Campden" is a spacious, modern, one bedroomed apartment, perfect for a three night stay for two. Our host, Ela, was very quick to respond to any questions we had relating to the property!
Absolutely loved our overnight stay at Stow Lodge Hotel. We stayed on a B&B basis. Breakfast delicious and all the staff were excellent. Such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and a perfect break before Christmas. Will definitely be returning 😌
Brilliant location right in the centre of Stow on the Wold. The apartment was deceptively spacious and super clean. There were even two bathrooms to just the one bedroom which makes getting ready in the mornings and evenings so much easier!
The bedroom was a brilliant space and incredibly comfortable. The food at The Kings arms is exceptional and not to be missed ! We enjoyed the olde world feeling of the building as well. Ideally placed for a short visit to Stow on the Wold.
Location very central, within the town of Stow on the Wold, easy access to house, good selection of restaurants,/ cafes,/ bars within easy
walking distance of the property. Good central location for sight seeing within the Cotswolds area

A lovely welcome from Johnny and such a good location with a 2 min walk to the centre of Stow on the Wold. Nice room with all the basic amenities you could ask for for the price. Comfy bed. Definitely recommend!
Te location could not be better. The availability of free on site parking. The rustic charm was fitting for the Cotswolds. And the staff were all pleasant and accommodating
Love the hotel, very clean and well maintained. The staff go above and beyond to make your time special. Very comfy pillows. The food at the restaurant is amazing!
