The accommodation was delightful; superbly dressed, with minute attention to detail in a self-contained annexe with plenty of parking and a decent local pub. The room has been very highly finished and incorporates the original beams and alcoves to form something quite special and unique. Complementary White Company toiletries added to the sense of luxury. A generous, light breakfast was left for us in the room and set us up perfectly for our onward journey.
Located in Aldwincle Saint Peter and only 38 km from Kelmarsh Hall, Peartree Farm provides accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Very nice stay. We liked the atmosphere of house and town. We stayed for just one night. Car Parking was no problem. Thank you very much!
First class stay.. Stunning Northamptonshire village with multiple thatched cotrages. Convenient for our canoe trip from Rushden lakes.
Good night's sleep with take away breakfast offered so we could have sustenance at 7 am on sunday morning.
Fully recommend this lovely pub and excellent restaurant.
