The bed was comfortable and the bathroom beautifully decorated with a good shower. In fact all the rooms were beautifully decorated. The owners Tom and Anna were welcoming and friendly. They did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good with homemade jams and marmalade as well as a wide range of cereals, dried fruit, nuts, yoghurt and stewed fruit. Unfortunately we didn’t try the cooked breakfast because we had to go out early each morning of our stay. On two evenings we had the home made evening suppers offered ( the lasagne and Moussaka were delicious) and Anna even prepared a fruit crumble at the last minute for us. We ate this seated at a candle lit table looking out of the window over beautiful Worcestershire scenery. Lovely!

Wonderful location with a very nice restaurant serving great food and a wonderful bar serving local beers and Whisky. The sister eatery next door is the Ludlow Kitchen which serves up a great breakfast and lunch. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We visited the Mistletoe Festival on the Friday and Saturday...
We visited the Mistletoe Festival on the Friday and Saturday and a lot of the venues providing their support. The people were great to get on with. We visited the Regal to see the Tenbury Town Band perform, Unwined bistro, the historic Pump Rooms and the Market Tavern with twelve hand-pulled real ales... they were the main highlights for us. We had a choice of two Indian Restaurants a King's Thai, two supermarkets and numerous eateries along the main through-roads. Lots of blue plaques to follow to give us a sense of the local history. So good it made us feel we need to go back for other events and holidays.

Great hotel with friendly staff.
Great hotel with friendly staff. Location was a little remote but the food was very good so it was well worth it to eat in the restaurant in the evenings. Breakfast was also very good too.
Would definitely recommend it to fellow travellers

Tenbury and the surrounding villages of the black and white...
Tenbury and the surrounding villages of the black and white heritage trail are wonderful. The main street in Tenbury had lots of local shops but we didn't get to stop and look as we had to move on. Would have liked to spent another day there.

A very historic town with good access to others, such as Ledbury and also the Shropshire hills. An excellent Indian restuarant in the town is Bahar, with a wide choice of different dishes - couldn't fault it.
Rooms were recently renovated and comfortable with stylish decor. The pub downstairs was pretty quiet on a Wednesday evening and the rooms are a distance from the pub so you’re not bothered by noise. The cooked breakfast was good but it was basically all that was on offer so no cereal or jam/marmalade to go with the toast. The evening meal menu is heavily dominated by burgers of a wide variety of types but are good. Tenbury itself is lovely, and the location near the river is great.
Lovely little garden terrace, south facing, very well equipped, though not much work surface space once toaster and coffee machine out! Fountain Inn next door, very nice, lovely beer garden, hearty food. Close to Tenbury and Ludlow. Games, books, tourist info all in the property, everything you need really and furnishings very high quality.
Excellent location as it is a short walk into the town of Tenbury and a shorter walk to the local pub – The Pembroke. First class breakfast including free range eggs from their hens kept in the rear garden. Fabulous welcome from a couple who were extremely helpful in all respects. The room was clean and well stocked with pods of coffee etc.
Excellent breakfast, great to be one of the earlier guests as everything was new, room was fitted out very well. Staff were very friendly and helped with sorting a taxi into Tenbury for us. Stunning views as well across the valley and a particularly comfortable bed.
Excellent selection of cooked breakfasts, although all at the same price.
Accommodation set apart from the main hotel so no problem with noise from the bar or dining room. Comfy beds and clean bathroom. Heating adjustable with thermostatic radiator valves
Lovely secluded location just outside Tenbury Wells. Entire Annexe to ourselves with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor seating as well. All located behind private gates well away from anyone else.
Great Hotel, nice setting.
The staff were lovely and amazing and really did everything they could to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Family run hotel so a very personal service! We were Very well looked after
