Large Family Home with great access to M2 & London, hotel in Wainscot

Featuring inner courtyard views, Large Family Home with great access to M2 & London provides accommodation with patio, around 2.9 km from Rochester Castle.

Easy to find and access. Lots of space inside and a lovely garden. Everything we needed. Comfortable beds too. Plenty of parking space and close to town. Just like the listing says and photos are true. Great that we could book just 2 nights, most larger homes would only take 4 nights min.

Best Western Manor Hotel, hotel in Wainscot

The Manor Hotel in Gravesend is a hotel with personality. Located close to the Gravesend East junction of the A2, 4 miles east of the M25 motorway.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

Handy for Strood station from where you can get to most...

Handy for Strood station from where you can get to most places in Kent and London St Pancras in about 40 minutes. Easy walk into Rochester, 100 yards to bus stop with good services to North Kent. I was walking the Saxon Shore Way and used it as a base for day walks using public transport as required to get to Gravesend, High Halstow, Chatham and Gillingham
