This hotel is in a quiet location, has a large car park with large spaces, Very helpful staff, lovely room, clean, large comfortable bed, we used the restaurant which has a good menu, the food was excellent. We needed breakfast earlier than the hotel offered. Lovely area and I think the hotel is lovely too just needs a few adjustments. I am sure there Was no malice meant but we really did feel unwelcome. In particular the person who greeted us and was there at checkout was not very friendly and barely looked up from his computer screen. I am sure we caught him on a bad day but it really impacted our stay.

It is also dog friendly. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom. The food in the restaurant was very good with a large choice and staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a real bonus we could take our dog with us and the rooms were spotless and fresh not like many hotels that allow dogs and you can tell dogs have stayed in the room.
