The staff were friendly. Excellent value for money including a very nice continental breakfast. The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of Leyburn Market Place. Plenty of free parking in the Square (except Friday Market day). Tea coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room and even a welcome chocolate each.

Very helpful staff when I arrived slightly after 10 pm..... Very comfortable bed, clean room. Found me breakfast items for the following day even though I left very early in the morning. I will hopefully return and have a bit more time!

We received a very warm welcome from the minute we arrived, with nothing too much trouble. The Priory is a lovely place to stay, in the heart of the village - but quiet so had a great nights sleep. Will definitley stay again.

Staff are fantastic. Coped with our late returns and couldn't do enough to help and ensure we were fed and watered. Very busy in the main pub on bank holiday weekend, but great and welcoming atmosphere. Beds were comfy. bathroom very small, but adequate.

An absolutely superb stay here on a week long tour of the area. Super comfortable beds and well equipped rooms.
Staff were all friendly and efficient through bars and restaurant. A snug/lounge area is nice and ample seating outside on picnic tables to enjoy the evening early summer.
A very good evening meal raises any rating for here as it nicely gives restaurant quality and certainly not bar food.
