Staff were excellent and really friendly. We were provided with a birthday cake plate on arrival and a note from owners which was a lovely touch. The staff went above and beyond. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Our second time coming back here. We returned as our first experience here last year was wonderful. Our room this time was damp and smelt of mould. The guests upstairs were playing really loud music until 2 am which was thumping into our room as the walls are thin. We were unhappy with the way the reception handled the situation. They were dismissive and made us feel uncomfortable.
