Breakfast was a choice from a selected menu along with pastry, toast,, and juice. Service was excellent and very accommodating. We required an earlier service time and the chef was able to take of our needs without any hesitation. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner, upon our request. A family member was in the hospital and the hotel made special arrangements for us to leave our luggage in the room until, we knew the status of discharge for our loved one. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot and walk to the hospital, while we awaited information on family member. We couldn't have asked for better service! We highly recommend this sweet hotel and their delightful staff!!

Cosy & quaint. Good for a single person, maybe a little small for a couple although still adequate if not staying long. Welcome pack with chocolate was a very nice touch.

The breakfast was great, the bed was very comfy, almost very quiet despite the busy road. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to continue my hike on the Cotswold Way thanks for the lift to Cold Ashton.

Characterful (a real antidote to chain hotels) and very comfortable. We loved the thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge and good filter coffee in the room, plus breakfast was excellent. The Bramley toiletries were appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring Bath.
