Fantastic property situated very close to the Loutra beach and thankfully for me, very close to the Agia Paraskevi bus stop.
Run by a wonderful couple who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Great option for breakfast at a very reasonable price point. Would absolutely recommend it!

Agia Paraskevi is the best part of Kassandra for me.
Agia Paraskevi is the best part of Kassandra for me. The Agia Paraskevi Village is a traditional slow-paced village with a kafeneio in the main square, a beautiful church, and a tavern.
The area is quiet with blooming nature making a real contrast with the rest of the crowdy Kassandra peninsula. A lot of hills forests and green fields (or yellow, depending on the season). The Loutra Agias Paraskevis, (Thermal bath - Spa Village) Is a small coastal Village with very nice beaches for those who appreciate the beauty of nature (look for Saint George, Pepples Beach, and Janka's cave). Also organized beach in the Loutra Village. If you are looking for an open space beach you can try Sidiroporto.
The best taverns of the entire Chalkidiki are located here. Namely Villa Stasa with an excellent menu and breathtaking view, and Kapetanios Fish Tavern. The Villa Stasa bar is also a place you should visit at sunset or at night. A variety of beach bars, taverns, and coffee shops can be found around the Loutra village organized beach where you can have a tasteful snack, an ice cream, a pizza, a beer, alcohol, or whatever you enjoy the most.
I left for the last Thermal SPA. It is a modern Sulfurous SPA Facility, where you can find, an internal natural thermal pool, external hot pool, private SPA, massage services, gym, and coffee with an open view of the sea. The best part is that the facilities are open to the crowd for most part of the year.
For the ones who prefer crowdy nightlife, the village of Pefkohori is about 10 minutes away by car, and the Nea Skioni fishermen harbor village is about 5 minutes away.
I highly recommend Agia Paraskevi for those who appreciate the retreat into the sea, nature, and horizon and enjoy the food and the relaxation.

Agia Paraskevi is really good located on Kassandra leg.
Agia Paraskevi is really good located on Kassandra leg. It's a village 10min away of amazing beaches, bars, restaurants, markets and etc.
It's a quiet paradise close enough to all you need, but a car is a must (and consider a bit more fuel on your calculations), because it's on the top of a mountain and roads go so much around, that walking can be very long.
The village is very silent, and you will wake up with the sounds of rosters and birds. Perfect for who is looking for some relaxing time during the stay.

I guess I like everything.
I guess I like everything.
There are a lot of very nice tavernas at a very short walking distance.
The view in amazing.
The apartment is perfect for 2 people. There is a bedroom and a living room with 2 coaches but sleeping on those coaches is not as comfortable as in bed.
The price is low in my opinion taking in consideration location and facilities.
The check in was quick (a lady was waiting for us at the location)

Small village, encircled by a pine forest with a couple of trails worth exploring. Besides wandering through nature you don't have much to do here, but Agia Paraskevi can be a good base for exploring Kassandra. The nature is beautiful, but be aware that you can come across a wild boar while hiking.

Lotra is a good place to rest, but unfortunately after September 1st it is very passive and most facilities such as restaurants, markets, pharmacies are closed. It is not possible to get medical help in Lotra. The nearest pharmacy is in Nea Skioni while the nearest doctor is in Pevkohori on the other side of the peninsula. This can be tricky and should be considered before you leave. My advice would be, provide enough of necessаry supplies with you before arrival, stay healthy and great vacation with clean and warm sea and fresh air with smell of pine trees is guarantied.

If you visit Lutra, you can go to the beach - very nice and not so crowded. But if you have a car, you can enjoy many other beautiful beaches and places:)
For eating I can recommend two restaurants: Vila Stasa - beautiful kitchen and seaside view, and Captain Fish Restaurant.
We like the size of the room, It was quite big and with a beautiful view at the sea and the village between some pine trees. The location of the hotel is in a graphic village with many options of delicious food and it is very close (about 8-10 minutes by car) to all the crowded beaches and places if you want to take a walk.
Finally the hotel owner Mr Kostas was very helpful and also gave us many information about the area.
It was our second stay in Palamidi Hotel. We were here 3 years ago and were impressed! That is why we decided to come back and enjoy the place once again. Our firs 3 day stay in 2019 grew up to 6 days this year. The place is - as then - clear, in the same way cosy and really nice. That is because of the Greek beautiful nature but because Eva's efforts as well. Dear Eva, thank you for all! Albena and Nikolay
The location is very good, near the local beach, but also near to the wild beaches. Hotel is 20m away from the vey beautiful restaurant that has view to open sea.
Main road is near, and very good connected to the hotel. You have near free parking and there was not problem to find parking in the middle of the season.
Room is very comfortable, with excellent view and good balcony.
We are coming many years in this hotel, because the owners are very good and excellent people, Ana keeps everything clean and all the thing accordingly in hotel, the sea it is 30-40 m from the hotel, it is a wonderful and nice place to stay, also, the prices remain as it was before pandemic period, so very good prices.
This is very nice place. The hotel is situated on top of small hill with remarkable panoramic view! The owners (Kostas and his family) are very kind persons, always ready to help you. The lady was cleaning the rooms every day! We recommend this hotel for others! Lots of beautiful places are near by.
Overall an excellent hotel with great value. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette and a big fridge. So very practical as well. Loutra is a small place. Still, the location is both close to the beach and the spa. There is also free parking outside of the hotel.
It was very good value for the money. We liked everything, but the thing we liked the most was our room with swimm up pool and the most beautifull and stunning views of the sea, sunset and nature. The hotel has all the amenities that you need to have a great and a relaxing holiday.
What you see is exactly what you get. This is a magical place with a breathtaking view. It is quiet and peaceful. Everything is done to provide the best experience. The hotel owner is extremely thoughtful, the staff keeps the resort organized and clean at all times.
Perfect location, designed well, and beautiful.
The view from the hotel was amazing. Loved our room with pool. The staff is very friendly and super kind especially Ivna, a girl who is available all day! No complaints! We will be staying here when we come back!
Wonderful relaxing stay. A fantastic hotel with spacious, modern rooms and facilities, it is a great value for money! Really loving staff , so nice and friendly. The restaurant with amazing view and many meal options.Thank you all !
The hotel is situated on a hill with a great sea view. What's more, the area is very quiet. You can easily relax here.
Another benefit is the breakfast: it is very rich and contains large variety of good quality products.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a mesmerised view from the balkon. The hotel is 10min away from the beach and the restaurants. It is next to the spa centre.
A wonderful place with great owner Ana. Very good Hotel near the sea. It is very clean and owner Ana will take care about you all the time during the stay. Thanks a lot Ana.
The room was decent and very clean , bathroom recently renovated .
The location is excellent with the beach to be at about 200m from the hotel
A value for money choice
