A lot of stuff to do here. You can stay occupied for a week without even leaving the complex. Gym, tennis and basketball courts, beach, multiple pools, kids area, numerous different restaurants, amphitheater, water park, etc. Everything is nice, runs well.
We really liked the evening shows for the kids in the amphitheater, the staff there are doing a good job.
The food selection is very broad. I did not manage to sample everything in the four days that we were staying there. But I liked everything I tried - the food is universally delicious.
All inclusive is pretty good. All you can eat buffet in multiple restaurants (breakfast, lunch and dinner), plus drinks at the beach bar and probably more stuff that I did not even try.
There is a nice beach on the premise with sand and some rocks to shield it from the waves of the open sea (it was very useful as we were staying during a windy week). There is a lifeguard on duty during the day.
The staff are helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and tidy.
Surrounded by the largest olive grove on the island of Crete, Kapsaliana Village is nestling in a peaceful location with superb views of the countryside and the sea.
Featuring a pool with sun terrace and a bar overlooking the Cretan Sea, Ekavi Hotel is just a few metres from the sandy beach of Sfakaki in Rethymno.

We had a wonderful stay at Ekavi hotel and we would gladly come back again!
Most of all we loved the location of the hotel - it is by the sea. The hotel has its own private beach that has perfect depth for swimming and still safe enough. We were having every breakfast with the view to the sea and some dinners at hotel's taverna.
From the very first moment when you enter the hotel you feel that it is a family business and all the staff cares about it. Usually there is an owner Soula at the reception and she helps and gives plenty advices about everything, including travelling around Crete. She speaks English and German fluently. Also the girl and the men working at the hotel's taverna are nice, too.
We read some negative comments about the breakfast, but for us it was better that we expected were prepared to. The food was fresh, there were boiled eggs, 2 types of ham, cheese, plenty of feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, some good pastry and ect. Not a huge choice, but the food was good and absolutely sufficient for the breakfast.
We also enjoyed dining in the hotel's taverna.
The hotel has a deep pool.
Simple but tidy rooms.
Free local control air conditioner in the room.

We loved the cultivated environment (garden, trees, grass, flowers) . The hotel has very good private beach. The materials used for the construction are high valued (a lot of lime stone). The capacity not to be overcrowded. We had breakfast and dinner, waste of quality food.
Oasis Scaleta Hotel enjoys panoramic views of the Cretan Sea, hence located only 350 metres from the sandy beach of Scaleta and 12 kilometres from Rethymnon.

Staff were great and a solid breakfast to start the day.
Nicely kept outside area with plenty of activities to keep you busy!
The two owners were really helpful in making sure we arrived and set off by sorting cheaper cabs.

Me and my fianceé recently spent a week at this luxurious resort in Crete and we were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided top-notch service and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
We got upgrade to Deluxe room with private pool with sea view and that was the icing on the cake. You can choose from many swimming pools including a heated one. Some pools have salty water, we appreciated the adults only zone next to the pool and what can I say..... the cabanas are divine. The resort has very relaxing atmosphere, quiet despite of the resort is relatively large.
The food was delicious, to many variations to choose from. On breakfast I appreciated the coffee, which was made on the bar not automatic machine by myself. Dinner has to many corners with food from pizza, pasta, sea food, greek corner and many more. I especially found the desserts very impressive. I have never seen such high level desserts at hotels.
The cleaning lady did her job very well with attention to details.
Overall, our stay at the Royal Senses Resort & Spa was pure paradise. The combination of stellar accommodations, remarkable service, and gorgeous setting made this one of the most luxurious and memorable vacations we've ever had.
