Walking distance (2 minutes) to the village square with many restaurants, mini markets and souvenir shops. You can reach out to Maria - the host - via phone and email. She response quickly.

It is located in perfect spot for visiting all the tourist attractions of the area (Vai, Itanos, Siteia, Minoan palace of Zakros and beaches). It is a small traditional village with many options for restaurants. There is also a small folklore museum and a nice beach in 2 kil distance.
The property was so beautiful! And our hotel room had an amazing view of the ocean. We loved this place ! And can’t wait to come back again ! The family who owns the hotel we’re so incredible! the first night we had dinner the owners son served us and went above and beyond for our food and drinks. Exceptional service from everyone. I highly recommend staying here. It’s also 7 mins away from Vai beach. Thank you so much for making our stay so special ❤️
My room was very clean and functional. The hotel is in a convenient location and within easy walking distance to the town square, where there are good restaurants, markets, and shops. The owners are very friendly and helpful. A simple, nourishing breakfast is served each morning and included in the price, which is a good value. Though I didn't use the pool, it was large and very clean. There is good seating outside.
Hotel was clean and sanitized! The staff was very friendly, provided great service, they allowed us to swim in the pool after 9pm (which was the closing time). The rooms were very clean and our bathroom was fully renovated. It was in general a cozy atmosphere and the breakfast was rich (for this type of small hotel), tasty and fresh (the pancakes were made just on time)! And was also included in the price!
Friendly family run hotel. We were given information on what to do in the area. The hotel is five minutes walk or so from the centre where there is a good choice of restaurants.
Very good breakfast with a good variety of items.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and is in a good location with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
Most beautiful flat and most friendly people I ever met in Greece.
100% efficient, reliable, the kindest and most helpful I ever met in Greece.
The flat is really of a high standard, comparable to that of a 5-star hotel - Very beautiful, neat, clean. It felt almost like being in a palace hotel!!
We loved the terrace, the view, the garden full of olive trees, the proximity to Palekastro, the beaches, and most of all, the great communication with the wonderful host, Andrea. The space is a perfect base to explore the east of Crete, but also to find rest and calmness. 100% recommended!
The best place we’ve stayed at during our time in Crete ! The view is amazing, for once there is decoration in the apartment, beautiful garden and a warm welcome from the owner.
5mn by car from the center and same time to go to the nearest beach.
We would definitely come back !
Perfect little house to explore east side of Crete and Vai beach. Pipi the host was wery helpfull and kind. She recomend what to see around- especially thanks for restorant Hiona recomendation ( great and tasty see food right on the beach)
Manos and Tonia were wonderful hosts! The room was large and comfortable and very clean. Manos helped us with booking a rental car and airport transfert too! Palekastro was a perfect base for tourism in eastern Crete.
Good position very close to Palaikastro and the beaches of the East coast of Crete. Nikos very caring and nice host. Spacious room, balcony, fairly well equipped kitchen, free parking inside the property.
The hotel was exceptionally adorable and the staff and owners were wonderful. They greeted me personally each time and were very attentive. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!
