Generally:- There were couple of issues in the room; basin draining very slowly, TV functions became erratic and the shower gel bottle was not replaced prior to our occupancy, thus did not have enough gel for two people to shower on the first night. Reported this to the concierge and was rectified quickly.

The hotel is well placed, close to the Dubrovnik port area, 40 min by foot to the old town and a few minutes to the bus station to the old town. Room was big, clean and confortable. The hôtel has a garage parking which is a big plus. The staff is very friendly, we felt welcome and taking care of.

Our first night (of the 3 nights) we had a large douvet. However, when the room was cleaned on day 2 it appeared to be changed to 2 single duvets which did not have any covers on them.

Very peaceful, a great place to relax which was what we wanted. Convenient to catch bus to Dubrovnik town, but much less busy than the city. Lovely waterside restaurant, comfortable outdoor and inside areas, useful rooftop terrace to watch the world go by. I saw a kingfisher while we were having lunch at the restaurant and we watched a pair of cranes flying around the grass and trees on the opposite bank of the estuary. Very clear water - fish and waterfowl abound.
