We had a fantastic stay at Arkánum Hotel. Everything was extremely clean, it was nice warm inside (we were there at Christmas time) very welcoming staff, great location, superb wellness area.
Comfortable beds, good quality pillows & sheets. Nice local products & great selection at breakfast. We did not miss anything. We will stop by again soon. Thank you! 😊

I am lactose intolerant and can never normally have a dessert but at dinner we had a three course meal and the kitchen still managed to make a lovely dessert for me. The TV in our room had been locked by the previous guests (who does that!) we managed to reset it but it still didn't work. The manager was straight on it and sent up a technician who said the previous guests had taken the satellite adapter. Fixed immediately. Superb hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, nothing to much trouble. Thank you!Wendy K FAustria

Receptionist is often away from desk. We appreciated the secure area they gave us to lock up our 7 bikes. We ate dinner across the street rather than in their restaurant. Breakfast was good - typical Eastern European buffet - . ( meat, cheese, yoghurt, bread & sweet buns. Can’t remember everything - it was a month ago that we stayed there.
