-The location is barely minutes away from the ferry terminal and it has a nice unobstructed view of the sea -the rooms are clean and spacious, I booked 3 rooms and 1 of which were given free upgrade -breakfast menu varies daily thus is not boring -the restaurant staffs even sang birthday song for my uncle and gave a free birthday cake which is a very nice gesture -accommodate my request for early check in for all 3 rooms

We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean. Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron. The staff was amazing, they made sure we had the best stay possible! The free shuttle service from the ferry terminal went quick and smooth. Even though the hotel is still being built it looked perfectly clean and the swimming pool is simply amazing with all the plants and trees around it. The staff also has plenty of options for tourist attractions (we really recommend going snorkeling and the fireflies tour) and is willing to help you with every request you have! Breakfast was also amazing, with an insane amount of warm and cold dishes!

Staff were v prompt when I ask for help; one night I ordered in bbq, and it attracted alot of flies; the staff brought in a big fan pretty quickly and somehow, it worked out, all the flies disappeared somehow.
