Carn / Malin / and Malin Head and the surrounding area are incredible. We stayed in Malin Head proper but took day trips to Derry, Ballyliffen, Moville, Culdaff, Clonmany, etc. Great location and minutes from restaurants, bars, and stores for items you need to make Breakfast, Lunch, or dinner. Plan it right, and you may hit a festival or 2. I had not been back for 20 years, came to visit family, and many things had changed, but so many of all the good things have stayed the same. So speak to the locals; they will give you the best information and stories you will need to go and explore. Happy Travels.

Malin Head is well worth a visit.

Malin Head is well worth a visit. The coastal beaches and cliffs are beautiful . Walkers will be delighted with scenic paths. Great roads to explore by bicycle, motorbike or car. Unspoiled Ireland. Local people very friendly and two good pubs for evening entertainment some good food and a rest. Easy to spend two or three days exploring Malin Head as there’s lots to see an do after you’ve been to Banbas crown. Stay at Serendipity B&B and have a drink in Farrans pub.

guests coming and going late at night /early morning seemed oblivious to the fact that other people might be trying to sleep. The doors all seemed to bang loudly and the soundproofing was minimal.
