Gorgeous hotel with professional, courteous staff. In particular Ross and Katie were both so helpful and excellent ambassadors for your hotel. A quick mention also for Diana at Clover Thai. She gave me a wonderful massage that added to the luxury feeling of the hotel.

The location is very good. An easy walk to various sights, while there are several bars next to the hotel (which don't give trouble for sleeping), and plenty of places to eat (breakfast or dinner) nearby.

The rooms looked much, much nicer on the website. IRL the rooms looked very dated (1970s). Small and in severe need of a makeover. View out the window looked like a shipping container.
Bathroom needed a decent scrub - never have I felt the need to wear footwear in the shower of a hotel (a youth hostel yes, but not a hotel charging $360AU per night.
The lift smelt damp.

Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city...
Excellent staff, bus stop outside for getting into the city centre, great to catch up with extended family .
Ate our evening meal at hotel, it was great.
Loved the city centre, so much history and beautiful buildings.
We were expecting a really tired place from the reviews and were pleasantly surprised with a spacious, well equipped room with a comfortable bed. Ok the building looks tired from the outside but surprisingly better on the inside. The staff were very helpful in explaining getting into the city and other information we needed.
The breakfast was reasonable with a fair selection. We also had an evening meal one night and it was a good.
The location was easy for getting into Dublin city by bus which ran quite frequently.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good. The whole atmosphere was low key and calm which made for a relaxing stay. All in all it was very good value for money.
The Phoenix Park is a 20 minute walk away and a great place to go for a run or take in some fresh air.
So although it isn't the most visually pleasing of hotels, I would happily stay there again, so it obviously has something going for it!
The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The staff were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The bus stop was conveniently across the street that we used to go into Dublin. Rooms were very comfortable and everything was user friendly. Excellent stay and great value for Dublin. Restaurant inside hotel was good also. Would highly recommend and stay again.
The staff were always polite & helpful by booking taxis for us to head into Dublin. The rooms were very clean & they were cleaned on the Saturday even though we got there on Friday & only had one night left. Definitely worth the 10-15 minute taxi trip into the city centre considering the prices of the hotels there.
The hotel was really great! Location is perfect for us, Dublin is too busy to drive. So the hotel have Bus station in front. It was very easy to go to city centre. Next time I will repeat, because the location is easy when you rent a car and exit from Dublin was very fast to take the highway
Great place to stay as it’s simple to get to from the M50, plenty of parking spaces, very clean, fantastic breakfast & dinner, very helpful & friendly staff, the bus stop for the city centre is on the other side of the road from the hotel.
Fantastic location in Galway. Walking distance to everything that is in the central location. Great restaurants near by as well as shops. Apartment was very clean and easy access. Will stay again when given the opportunity.
Good breakfast. Very good service. Bar staff also very good. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Great location for trips to dublin centre with bus stop right outside hotel. Great stay, highly recommend.
Both rooms were well equipped with everything you would need. The staff were very helpful and friendly both for the hotel and restaurant area. Bar food was also good. Easy connection to the city via bus.
Very clean hotel and room staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, parking was great and also loved the location. Very quiet but well connected to city center with public transport.
The staff were just brilliant - especially Neve at the front desk ; location great and the hotel was well
Looked after despite its age . Clean comfortable rooms with hot showers
