This is an excellent Hotel, where rates are cheaper even at the Bar & Restaurant> Hotel premise has a very nice Bakery where one should surely taste the Holige and other stuffs. The Hotel Rooms are spacious, clean and has a good ambience. Staffs are polite and courteous. The location is just at a main Junction at Guruvayanakere, where Udupi, Dhrmasthala/Chickmagalur and Mangalore/Puttur road meet. In overall my experience is10/10

Cannot write about the property as we did not stay there. Terrible communication from one Ms. Pooja Ghosh. She said the room we booked was not available and offered another in Charana homestay promising a private room with double bed and private bathroom. The amount was paid and on the day of the checkin, we found that Charana homestay was closed and no longer functional. We ended up staying in someone's house which was not the ideal relaxed environment we were looking for as it involved staying with a family of 6. Some honesty would have been appreciated from the person that communicated so we could have gone for well informed alternate options. Would not opt for this stay or believe the information I get from Pooja Ghosh.
