During our recent stay at Prazeres Hotel in Panjim, we were blown away by the unparalleled hospitality and comfort provided by the hotel staff, particularly the owner and his team. What truly stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the owner made us feel right at home. His genuine politeness and friendliness made our stay truly memorable, and we felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel. The amenities provided at the hotel were top-notch, with everything we needed conveniently available on level zero without any extra charges. From the washing machine and dryer to the microwave oven, the hotel left no stone unturned in ensuring our convenience and comfort. The staff, led by the attentive and accommodating Mr. Dheeraj at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and we were truly impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Special mention must be made of the exemplary room service and housekeeping staff, particularly Sujan and Nabin, whose attention to detail and professionalism were commendable. Their efforts ensured that our accommodations were always immaculate and comfortable. Lastly, we would like to express our gratitude to Sonali and Gargi for their warm hospitality and assistance during our stay. The breakfast had a good spread with a lot of options from different cuisines. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The valet parking was convenient. We had a comfortable stay with them.

Breakfast was good lady at the reception was very helpful ,pocket friendly.

I had 2 meals at the hotel and to my expectation it was superb. Most importantly Mannan at the front desk and The resturant Manager were extremely helpful. Mannan Guided me to all the right places both within the hotel and outside too. Short stay but would certainly return back due to these 2 gentlemen and overall experience.
