My family went this hotel,We booked hotel in Online by Booking.Com .We got the Confirmation message that our booki is Confirmed but once we reach the hotel the receptionists is asked me that you already booked the hotel ,I told yes.Which platform had you book the hotel he asked ,I told booking .com,He told our Hotel is fulled already ,So you can book some other hotel .So we travelled nearly 4 hours to reach the resort to stay,But this the experience we got from this resort,So kindly request everyone ,Kindly call them and confirm the booking if possible othertry some other hotel for better deal.Worst Experience we received from this hotel.So be careful from this scam hotels
