New and well-designed rooms with plenty of light and great views. It's right off the mainroad and so one can get buses or transport easily.
Washroom is large and clean (being new). They're constructing a 2nd floor as well.
There is the Kat restaurant below which is great and super convenient. They service within 5-10 min and have highly competitive menu pricing. All meals were good and well made. Portions are large. Only their Chinese Fried rice was amiss.
Owners are very home and friendly. There's someone always at the reception desk. Room rentals are perfect.
Patlikuhal is the nearest market where one can buy basics and it's 1km north from here.
They have ample of parking and it's right next to the fuel station.

The location is exceptional with gorgeous views, away from the dusty crowded lanes of Manali, and just a short walk from the lovely Naggar castle area. The manager Teji and his staff are extremely courteous and efficient, and Teji himself cooks an absolutely delicious chicken roast which you have to try.
