This was the worst stay I ever had. The quality of the rooms were very bad and there was no water in the morning. The staffs didn't respond at all. I came for Aims exam and I had the worst experience in the hotel. The bathroom was dirty and taps were rusty. They even took more money from us. The water was very bad and morning there was no water to fresh up

Nothing I liked here, rooms were dusty and smelling. Property was big enough but staff need lot of improvement. They don't even serve you water after 9 PM. Kitchen will be totally closed and don't expect room service, property was located far away from city. It is difficult to even get order from tomato. The hotel staff were quite undetectable. Booking.com messed up the way the booking is done. I first chosen two people one room. After seeing the price I updated to 2 rooms. The way the system configured which is different from my expectation. It interpreted as one room per one person. This was raised by hotel reception team. I have shown and explained how I tried to book. After some time and discussions, they kindly allowed to checkin. Booking. Com should understand how their system is creating issues at the time of booking.
