The location is great with a view that’s terrific.
The staff (Shivaji Mama & Datta Bhau) is fantastic, to say the least and we were really well taken care of. The food was simple yet delicious and Sangeeta Tai took care of all the special dietary needs that were there since our group had the elderly as well as young children.
The pool was great and the property has a lot to offer, in terms of activities.
Overall, we had a great time and would love to go back. Highly recommended for a relaxed time away from city life.

Extremely clean, everything looked very new;
Room was spacious and comfortable and on request, they offered to set up an extra bed for extra charge as we were a family of 3 (bookings.com does not give this option).
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Just wanted to highlight 3 things: -
1) There is no additional charges for person upto 18 years of age that is what as per booking confirmation. But at the time of check in hotel manager was asking for additional charges for my 16 years old daughter. Ultimately they have not charged anything extra.
2) Non veg food are not allowed but it's not mentioned anywhere in the booking terms. It should be specifically mentioned at the time of booking to avoid confusion.
3) Swimming pool is very small but in photos it's shown in such a way that it looks like a medium size Swimming pool.

Remote for the AC and TV were not working and we cannot use the AC when we need it!!!!!!
Horrifying stay at Anandvan Holiday Homes, Wai. Owner is literally threatening to seize my car and stop allowing to go out from their property even though there was no payment issue. This type of threatening you will also get if you ask for only 30 minutes of stay extension at this property. Owner said don't take panga with local wai person else will face consequences. Instead of helping guests, owner looks like gunda of Wai who gives threatening to their guests on request on 25 to 30 minutes in vacating the room.
