Room was really nice and well-located between center of the town and the beach. Only drawback is that the street was quite busy and noisy. The bed was ok but not great. Personnel was only available if needed, but flexible. I appreciated it very much that I could use a bike without extra cost.

It's a magnificent place with a special charm and family spirit. You will feel very welcomed, like a friend of them. And as a cherry on top you will get a super tasty homemade Sicilian-style breakfast.

Everything!! The property is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The host Archangela is so helpful, caring and goes out of her way to ensure that you have everything you need. Every morning we sat having breakfast and chatting in broken Italian and using Google translate making plans for the day. The property is a great location for the beach and restaurants as well as exploring the east coast of Sicily. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family

It was a lovely building and the room was large and comfortable with everything you need! Breakfast is great sweet as I like it 🙃
Avola is a pleasant town. There is plenty to see near by that can be reached by bus or car, Syracuse and Noto being the highlights.
We hired a small boat from the harbour with a skipper and had the most a fabulous day out!

Avola is a nice town near the sea: famous for its almonds, honey and wine, it has some baroque feeling to it, though not as much as Scicli for instance. It is a near-perfect base to visit Syracusae, the beaches of Noto or the town of Modica: all within reach from 20 minutes to 1 hour, but it can also be a relaxing place in itself. A recommendation would be to visit "Bar Pasticceria Mangiafico" in town, that since 1972 delivers quality in pastries and sicilian street food!
On the side of warnings, it needs to be said that the old town has very narrow roads, and getting around by car requires some driving skills.

Avola seems like a ghost town in peak summer times
No good restaurants, no bars and nothing seems to be happening.
All the shops seemed closed once you got off the beach. Luckily I had a car so I could drive to neighbouring cities

Difficult with a car. Narrow matrix of streets.
Difficult with a car. Narrow matrix of streets. Needs Google maps and a navigator even to get to Centro storico. Easier on seafront. More space , more facilities. Seawater beautifully clean, beaches safe.

Avola isn't the prettiest town, though it does have its nice parts, but it is the perfect base to explore south east Sicily. The beaches are decent, there are plenty of nice places to eat and the access is good.
Centrally located to Noto, Siracusa, Noto, Marzameni, Pachino, Portopalo di Capo Passero. Also, near to Catania airport.
Avola is not filled with tourist and have a chance interacting with locals.
There are nice restaurants and cafes such as Trattoria Chapeau(family run, good food & service); Ci: Vulia (good food & service), Mangiafico @Viale Lido (breakfast, amazing gelato & Pâtisserie) & Avveduto Caffee (breakfast).
Honestly the best b&b we have ever stayed in!
Corrado and his parent were attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh pastry, home made cakes, juices and coffees was simply incredible.
We can’t praise this enough.
I’m addition, the price is very reasonable and location is perfect for beach, Avola and getting around the local area. Top 🔝 B&B
The breakfast consisted of homemade food prepared for us every day. We ate in a bright beautifully decorated.
The owner of the property was also very helpful as she made suggestions about where we should go and what we should visit.
The property is situated very close to the centre in a very quite area of Avola.
There was ample parking space on the road just outside the property.
First of all the kindness of the hosts. They are very friendly and gave us a lot of information to better enjoy our holiday. The location of the apartment is very handy, near the historic centre of Avola and near to a lot of places that might be needed for a family (not only to restaurants, but also supermarkets pharmacy, etc) without recurring always to the use of the car.
Valentina was a wonderful host! Great communication and amazing care of her guests, providing an extremely rich breakfast, also including fresh croissants of choice from local bakery, and suggestions about attractions to visit around Avola. The room was clean and comfortable, parking was easy on the street. It was a really pleasant stay. Strongly recommended!
We had an amazing stay and the owners were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything at our disposal. The house was new, clean and designed very well (beautiful and very functional). If me and my wife ever visit Sicily we will for sure book this accommodation again.
Very nice and very clean family apartment with little private garden. Nice host, who lives just next door. 20 min walk to the nice sandy beach. 30-40 min walk to Avola city center and stores. Ideal for families. Host green attitude, garbage sorting. Fast internet.
Nice apartment in Avola, 20 minutes away from most beaches and the Cavagrande reserve. There is an internal courtyard with parking spots for cars. AC was available in one of the room. Overall the apartment was nice and clean, aside for a few ants in the kitchen.
Second time we stayed at this place. Perfect location in Avola close to the beach and on a calm street. Very serviceminded hosts, answer quickly if you have a question. Clean and functional apartements. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice and big villa next to the sea. Comfortable, spacious and clean room, good variety of breakfast. Good spot to explore busy Sirakusa, Noto, Ragusa or to spend time in beautiful Avola and come back to villa for a quality rest.
Everything, in particular the great hospitality of the staff of the structure, the clean of room e good breakfast every morning.
