The staff on day one( day time) lady was not very nice.
The guy on night shift day 1 was amazinnnnnnnnnnnnnng man and so kind polite and very helpful
Day 2 morning reception lady was really amazing but the afternoon one was not again
but they let us do a late check out which was nice of them. Also the free shuttle to airport was good

The breakfast was very delicious. There could have been more vegetables, but the olives, cheeses, and salamis were very tasty.

Clean, friendly and able to bus to Verona Piazza Bra in about 8 - 10 mins. Checked our baggage in early and locked it away for us. Great communication prior to stay.
