Absolutely stunning hotel, can’t be beat for beauty or impressiveness. Our room and bathroom were wonderful. Dinner room was also beautiful. Staff were mostly friendly and a little kooky, not as stuffy as in some similar hotels

Great location to reach Assisi in 15 minutes (drive) and easy drive to other towns Speleto, Spello and Gubbio. The facilities are very well maintained, the kitchen had everything needed. Parking at the property.
It was lovely to relax by the swimming pool and play a game of tennis after a day of sightseeing. It is a beautiful property.
Also the hosts are available and happy to help with any sightseeing suggestions.

Breakfast was delicious, and Masako made us a panini for lunch.
Dinner is not provided, so one has to take food, or Masako will arrange takeaway for you.

Very good location on top of a hill with a nice view on the surrounding mountains. The host Gilberto was extremely nice. We stayed here two nice and Gilberto and his wife prepared twice a dinner for just the two of us. This was a fantastic experience with a lot (and I mean a lot!) of very good food.
