Exceptionally lovely staff. The property itself is fascinating and a wonderful place to stay. A lot of character diminished with history, simple comfort and style. A truly superb breakfast - nothing too much trouble. Excellent value and one of those stays that was better than expected

She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Casciana Terme is ideal for couples, families with children. If you hire a car you can get to the beach in 40 minutes and there are many lovely villages within 20 mins. The hotel was very pleasant and had a very pretty inner courtyard. The wellness area was wonderful with 3 different pools with different temperatures. The amazing feature was that we were able to secure exclusive access to the very spacious spa area for 25€ per person, meaning we were two people in the whole spa area.

We enjoyed the layout and found the bathroom particularly nice. Casciana Terme is an interesting town which has all the necessary facilities (supermarket, etc) and was hosting a "village festival" during our stay, which really livened things up.
