Beautiful scenery!
Beautiful scenery! Be sure to arrive early since roads are very dark and all nearby places close early. We had dinner nearby The Poggio Rosso at Borgo San Felice, it is definitely it is a gastronomic experience!

Breakfast had a wide assortment of foods and the view from the property is spectacular. Julia was very helpful and providing us with names of restaurants and wineries. It exceeded our expectations and was our favorite hotel during two weeks of traveling in Germany and Italy. The rooms and bathrooms had plenty of space, the in-room kitchen was well-appointed (we had picked up meat, cheeses, breads, pasta and wine in Siena and had that for dinner), and the beds were comfortable.

One tip, make sure you rent a car. We couldn't visits the main property very easily as we were staying the villa farthest from the reception. HOWEVER Margherita was extremely accommodating and had Mateo (our wine guide) pick us up for the wine tasting.
