A quiet position close to lovely Dolo centre. After parking in the forecourt, we were welcomed at this family run hotel and were made comfortable in our room. As suggested, we drove 3 minutes to Dolo for dinner. There was a coffee machine to make coffee in the foyer.

Super nice lady from reception, she gave us many tips and she even moved her car so I could park motorcycle on best place.
We were late but there was not problem with moving check in to 18.30.
Room is not large, but there is everything we needed, including efficient air-conditioning.
Not far from Venice (30 mins), sweet pastery shop across the street and pizza restaurant few meters away.
Reliable wi-fi.

They did not have a restaurant at present, but there are many places to eat in the village of Dolo 2km away. Even on Sunday, we found a very nice restaurant in the afternoon. The hotel itself is an old mansion and still has the flavor of the past. The owners are working to update various items, but the rooms are clean, well serviced, bathrooms are in good condition.
