Loved this hotel it was like living in a real old Italian house - high ceilings - old antique furniture (not the beds they were modern) car parking underneath the house must be one of the most secure in Italy - really recommend staying here to anyone on a road trip to Italy as it was not far from Florence or Sienna both of which we visited

Small town lit for Christmas... 10min walk to the train station, Florence and Pisa.
The apartment had all the required things one would need for a stay.
Though it was an old building, but there were hydrolic lift which was slow but manageable.
Everything was great.

Very nice communication and nice people. May be this was the cleanest place I have been in a long.
The materials and the staff in the bathroom were too much - a lot of everything :)
Location was great - few minutes from the main streat.
Great idea for the breakfast - a small cafeteria 3 minutes walk from the place. Nice people, delicious food and a lot of varieties. Also great working time.

Easy to access from Pisa airport with a train station offering easy and speedy access to many cities - 25 mins into Florence. There are bars and restaurants all pretty central, a large supermarket and several smaller ones. The is also a municipal pool which looks lovely.

I was only stopping over in Empoli. It is where you change trains from the Pisa -Florence line if you want to go south. I only know the area around the station which is a bit seedy, but the transport links are good (for Italy). The bus station is right there tooMarionUnited Kingdom

It was a quiet location without the crowds and parking troubles of Florence and Empoli provided many options for evening meals within a short walking distance of the hotel.
